Aims and Scope
The journal “Физика Земли / Izvestiya, Physics of the Solid Earth” is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes original theoretical and experimental works and reviews on global and applied geophysics.
The journal “Физика Земли / Izvestiya, Physics of the Solid Earth” covers topics such as the origin and evolution of the Earth, its internal structure, geodynamics, physical fields of the Earth, seismology, paleomagnetism and magnetic properties of rocks, computer technologies, and interpretation of geophysical data. The journal “Физика Земли / Izvestiya, Physics of the Solid Earth” publishes articles by researchers from the Russian Academy of Sciences and scientific institutions of the Russian Federation, as well as by foreign authors.
